The most important aspect of a successful sail is getting the measurements correct. You have the option of taking the measurements yourself, or you can make use of an Ullman Sails Accredited Measurer.
Self-Measurement
If you elect to take the measurements yourself Ullman Sails does not warrant that the sail will fit correctly nor do we issue any advice or instructions on how to conduct such measurement. Once you have taken the measurement you are required to input the measurement criteria in the online form whereafter a representative will contact you.
Ullman Sails Measurement
If you elect to have the measurements taken by a registered Ullman Sails Measurer, then this will be subject to a fee scale based on the travel distance of our Ullman Sails representative to the location of your boat. Such fee will be quoted and upon acceptance is payable up-front and is non-refundable. You will be contacted by the representative to arrange a suitable time and place for measuring to take place.
Delivery policy
All Sail Orders will be fulfilled subject to availability and upon receipt of payment. New Sails will only be scheduled for production once a 50% deposit is paid and will be released for delivery once the balance is received
Delivery costs, customs, duties and clearance costs are not included and will be borne by you separately.
Warranty
The provision of goods and services by Ullman Sails is subject to availability. Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the Delivery Address. Please refer to the Ullman Sails New Sails warranty policy at: http://ullmansails.com/warranty-policy/
SAILS IN STOCK
Warranty and measurement restrictions
Subject to specific exclusions as advised by the representative, the sale of new sails that are in stock will be subject to the same terms as applied to new sails with the exception that we do not warrant that the sail will fit your particular boat and as such are purchased at your own risk.
Payment
Sails will only be released for delivery once 100% of the purchase price has been paid.
Delivery costs, customs, duties and clearance costs are not included and will be borne by you separately.
