Advanced Sail Design
The Ullman Sails Design Team has extensive experience in designing and testing sails for a range of successful projects, including Olympic campaigns, the America’s Cup, and numerous One Design classes. Using award-winning 3D design tools, computer analytics, and two-boat testing, Ullman Sails optimizes every sail shape for outstanding, long-term performance. The team’s efforts have consistently produced fast, efficient sail shapes that deliver winning results on racecourses worldwide.
Through cutting-edge numerical analysis, we refine sail shapes and optimize structures while continually evaluating innovations to enhance the sailing experience for our customers.
Our state-of-the-art membrane facility is internationally recognized for superior lamination and precise construction, carefully selecting high-quality components and utilizing advanced stringing machines, including a ‘long-arm’ machine, to produce membrane sails of any size.
We work closely with our customers to select the best cloth for their sailing style, goals, and budget, ensuring superior quality and performance on any vessel.
