Atsushi Igarashi and his loft joined Ullman Sails in 2010.  Located south of Tokyo, Atsushi is in the heart of the Japanese sailing community near the primary racing areas used for the 1964 Tokyo Olympics and past ¼ Ton and 2 Ton World Cups. Atsushi has been leading the Japan loft for sailmaking alongside his brother Jun who runs the canvas and awnings side of the business. Atsushi has been sailing in the Laser class from a young age and is the Japanese champion on the Melges 24. He has also participated in many offshore races in Japan and in the United States with good results.
